This is to register five athletes for the Heritage Valley Blazers Youth Track & Field 2025 season. Registration cost and uniform costs are separate.

All athletes, uniform is required but don’t need to purchase if they have and fit in one issued in 2023 or later. Be sure to add to the basket your registration a uniform jersey and shorts as needed.
